Cherry Pie Greet


Cherry Pie cookie dough Greet Details:
5 eggs
200 g sugar
200g self raising flour
Filling:
1 pounds cherries, pitted,
a splash of cherry or strawberry liqueur or berries
300 g sugar (may also be less if it is used not as sweet or very sweet cherries)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
250 ml cream
Vanilla sugar

* Beat the eggs gently with 200 grams of sugar.
* Add 200 grams of flour and mix well.
* Pour into a greased spring form pan, 24 cm in diameter. Bake at 180 degrees, cook for 3 minutes (should be a knife come out clean) and cool down.
* Cut off the bottom with a sharp knife (or a very thin wire) in the middle so you have two halves that can be pushed together.
* Make jam from a pound of cherries with a little kirsch, sugar and lemon juice in the kitchen. Mix well and the resolution of the cherries. It must not be very smooth mixture. Let cool completely. You do not know how to feel jams, simply use a cherry, strawberry from a vase.

* Mix half the cream with cherries.
